Job Description
One of our high profile clients is looking for an additional staff member due to business growth, it is for their
Technical Support Team to work as a Customer Support Assistant -
Responsibilities and duties:
" Telephone answering and first Line support calls. Triage for common faults / problems.
" Responding to first line emails for return ID numbers and dealing with common product faults, failures or apparent malfunction.
" Maintaining and updating CRM system and related service records in accordance with company requirements and quality procedures.
" Provide prompt, high quality and meaningful professional telephone support to all customers.
" Assist with various other technical, training and various IT duties when support incidents are at reduced levels.
" Carry out other varied tasks as requested by the Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth running of Customer Support Services.
" Undertake installation or repair visits to doctors surgeries and PCT centres, within a defined geographic area - a company vehicle will be supplied for this work.
Qualities required:
" You should be alert, quick thinking, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work unassisted at times under pressure. You also need to be able to work as part of a dedicated and professional team.
" You should be willing, committed and capable of learning about our products and services whilst acquiring new support skills and techniques.
" You should have excellent customer relationship and verbal communication skills.
" You should have a pleasing telephone voice and also have professional manner whilst being helpful, confident and competent.
" All applicants whose first language is not English must be able to clearly demonstrate, by undertaking special test, adequate spoken and written command of the English language. This is essential for the position offered.
" You need to have a sound understanding of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel, Outlook. A good basic understanding of IT networks will also be required.
" Full clean UK driving licence is essential
