Job Description
Our Client is looking to recruit a Sales Manager/Valuation Manager for a number of positions in the Sheffield area.
The role will involve being responsible for the effective day to day running of a residential branch in order to maximise income through the sale and rental of property and other related products. Also to carry out market and rental appraisals in order to secure instructions to sell and let residential property.
The candidate should have experience in The Estate Agency and Lettings market and have the interpersonal skills required to run a highly motivated team of individuals.
£25000k - £50000k depending on experience
