Job Description
My client, an exciting and innovative market leading client services organisation is currently recruiting for an experienced individual with debt recovery and debt collection experience to join them in this newly created role.
Working on a part time basis, you will join an established team, working every Monday and Friday on a rotating shift basis between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
Your role will be to contact customers on an inbound and outbound basis to discuss any accounts in arrears and general debt collection.
You will also contact customers who require new Direct Debit instructions.
