Job Description
The Leeds Retail team of a leading international term is now looking to recruit a permanent Legal Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate will have previous Real Estate exposure at a firm noted for its work in the sector, and experience of working under pressure, to tight deadlines, with excellent attention to detail. The caseload is varied and will include a mixture of chargeable and non-chargeable work, including licenses to alter, land registration and SDLT forms. The role will involve a reasonable amount of responsibility and interaction with major clients which would suit a confident self-starter. In addition, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment and would perhaps suit a career Legal Assistant.
