Job Description
We have exciting positions for temporary Recruitment Advisors to work on our First Response team The recent merger between TSC & HeroITES has created one of the globe's largest suppliers of contact centre and business process outsourcing services, bringing together a wealth of management experience and an excellent track record in delivering innovative and value-add solutions. You will conduct first stage telephone interviews, and arrange interviews and assessment centres for our successful candidates. This role requires you to have the following skills and experience: • Good written and oral communication skills • Knowledge of contact centre practices • Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative • Strong attention to detail as well as excellent analytical and numerical skills • Experience of working to tight time lines without losing sight of priorities • Ability to collate accurate information on recruitment and selection activities within the company • Results-focused and committed to high personal standards and a desire to achieve • Be able to work in a team environment and where appropriate to represent the Recruitment team in organisational projects or initiatives where required 40 hours a week between 8.30am and 7.00pm Mon - Sat
